Return Policy


All personalized products from Bloom Custom Robes are final sale due to the custom nature of embroidered items. If you receive products and are not fully pleased with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you! 

Please look over your items upon receiving them. If you have a defective or incorrect item, let us help you by contacting us as soon as possible!

  • If Bloom receives returned items within 14 days of delivery to the recipient, a refund will be sent in the original payment form.
  • If Bloom receives returned items within 15-30 days of delivery to the recipient, an electronic gift certificate will be issued to the email address given on the original order.
  • After the 30th day after delivery, or if the return does not meet Bloom’s return policy guidelines, the items are not eligible for return. 

Merchandise eligible for return can be sent back to Bloom using the trackable shipping method of your choice. Any and all packages damaged or lost in transit are not the responsibility of Bloom and we cannot issue refunds for these items.

Exchanges:  Because of the nature of personalized items and the limited quantities available, we are not able to provide exchanges. Our suggestion is to place a new order for any merchandise you would like and use our return policy, if applicable.

Policy on Promotions and Free Gifts:  In the instance of a return, any free gifts must also be returned in the shipment. If the free gift(s) is not included, the credit card that was used for the initial purchase will be billed the full retail price of the free gift(s). If store credit was selected as your refund type, the free gift(s) will not be required to return to Bloom.

In the instance of Bloom giftcontest, and promotional items, the products cannot be returned for cash value or store credit.
