Does Bloom offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $75. This perk is automatically applied at checkout!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! All available locations will be shown in the checkout process.
Can I pick up my order locally instead of paying shipping?
We are happy to schedule your local pick up from our production space in Birmingham, AL. Please know this is a special request and must be scheduled with us prior to your order to avoid the checkout shipping selection. Email us at info@bloomcustomrobes.com to get started!
Will a tracking number be provided for my shipment?
Yes! We will email you once your order is ready for shipping and this message will contain your tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.
I paid for expedited shipping, why did it take longer to arrive?
Due to the nature of personalized products and general order fulfillment, not all items can be fulfilled same-day. The shipping method you choose is the time it takes for your completed order to be mailed from our production space in Alabama to your mailing address. The shipping method does not affect the production Turn Around Time. *For any specific need-by dates, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.*
What if my order is returned to Bloom?
Our team will contact you as soon as your package is returned to us. If the package was returned due to inaccurate or incomplete address information, we will ask that you pay an additional standard shipping charge for the second shipment.
